What is a QR code?
A QR also called a Quick Response code, is a barcode that is read by a smartphone. You can't read the URL embedded in the QR Code with the naked eye, but your customers' smart phones can.
How does it work?

They snap a picture of the QR Code(scans the code with the cell phone) and the phone will automatically send the user to website, a video hosted on a website or to text information that you instructed us to embed into your custom the QR code.
