Our standard interior/exterior foam letters can be painted or have laminated faces and returns. They are a cost effective way to simulate the look of metal letters or acrylic plastic letters with added dimension that can be used outdoors or indoors. Foam letters offer the most depth of all the dimensional lettering on the market at the best price. Adding a face laminate to our sturdy 2 lb. density interior/exterior letters gives a more refined look than just painting the face, or the whole foam letter, in color. So instead of purchasing heavier, and more expensive plastic or metal lettering, you might want to consider painted or laminated foam letters for your dimensional signage.

Painted or laminated standard outdoor foam letters can be painted just about any color, just like our interior foam letters, but the difference lies in the grade of foam used to create these letters. Our standard outdoor foam letters utilizes a 2 lb. painted letterfoam material, that is sturdier than the Gatorfoam we utilize for our indoor foam letters, which allows the foam to last better outdoors for a good amount of time.

Our standard outdoor painted and laminated foam letters are offered in a plethora of standard fonts; or can be custom cut to any specialized font style with the proper file type. Acrylic or plastic laminate faces are available in 25 different colors; while we offer 19 standard metal faces and 77 special order metal laminates. These sturdy yet light weight dimensional letters are can be used indoors or outdoors, and have a multitude of mounting options depending on the size of your foam lettering. Metal face or Plastic face foam letters are available in thicknesses from 1/2” to  2” in just about any height.
