Ordering signs online | Internet Sales

First you'll receive a confirmation email confirming your sign order.

This confirmation email is automatically generated to acknowledge that an order has been placed and is sent to your email address for your records. Once we receive your order you will be assigned a sales representative who will work closely with you to make sure that your exact sign needs are met. Your sales representative will review your submitted sign needs and have our talented art department review your artwork files for print compatibility. If there are any issues with your artwork, or if your sales representative has any questions regarding your sign order, you will be contacted right away to try and resolve any initial sign order issues that could arise.

For those of you who place your order by phone with one of our friendly sales staff you will be asked questions and to submit the proper artwork for your sign order. Our art deportment will look over your files, just like all online sign order files, for print compatibility. And just like with online sign orders, if there are any issues with the artwork or order, your sales representative will contact you promptly.

The next step in processing a sign order involves a visual proof. Your sales representative will email you a visual proof for your approval. This is your chance to look over your artwork for any final revisions or errors. The visual proof will contain all the elements of your sign order as well. So make sure that you look over all the information contained in your visual proof email for complete accuracy. If there are any discrepancies or you need to make changes to your order, this would be the time to do so.

Once a sign order is approved "as is" it is moved into production right away. Since we are a custom sign shop we do not wait to compile a whole bunch of orders before sign production commences. If you have given approval and notice any errors it is imperative that you call right away to try and halt production before it happens.

As soon as your sign order is completed it will be packaged and shipped to your location. For our local customers that opt to pick-up their orders you will receive a call from your sales representative as soon as your signs are complete.
