Sign Order Cancellations & Changes

Ultimately, yes you can. But the sooner the better to avoid possible fees.

All orders are kept open until they are approved for print production, so if you need to change your order in any way, shape or form or even cancel your order it is best to notify your sales representative as soon as possible. Once you have approved your order for production we print right away, and depending on your order change or cancellation, there may be additional fees involved or incurred because of cancellation.

CHANGING ORDERS:

During the course of the ordering process you will be sent visual proofs of your artwork or artwork that was created for you. This is the best time to scrutinize the design you submitted or the design that was created for you. If you have corrections to the text, photos or logos now would be the time to handle those changes. Also, if you need to increase or decrease your order size or add anything to the order, try and do so before your give your final approval on the sign order. Sign quantity orders offer discounts, so if you have all your signs printed and you need more at a later date or a few days later, then the per piece sign price may increase dramatically. If you have looked over your order with a fine tooth comb and have no additions or deletions go ahead and sign off on your order accordingly. All approved orders go into immediate print production, so if you suddenly see an error, contact your sales representative immediately to avoid any reprinting fees.

CANCELLING ORDERS:

We do allow for cancellations, but depending on the circumstances, there may be fees assessed depending on the amount of work we have spent on your particular order before cancellation. Please understand that once you engage our services via internet, phone or walk-in we immediately begin to work on your sign order which is billable time. Each cancellation is reviewed accordingly, and if a reasonable amount of time was spent on your particular job before cancellation, fees may be assessed to compensate the service we provided up until cancellation.

Also, please understand that if your order is completed and then cancelled, payment in full will be due as we have provided the full service you had originally requested.
