All of our products are custom printed that can't be resold so we do not offer returns or exchanges. It is understood that time and effort is put into each order. Any cancellations will incur charges, equal to the amount of time spent on your order, to compensate for initially engaging our services.
If your order is damaged in transit; or if you are not satisfied with your purchase; or if we have failed to follow your submitted order instructions, please contact your service representative, by e-mail or by phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Since all of the products we sell are custom made, our maximum liability shall be the replacement of the defective order (or portion of the order); or a pro-rated refund, based on the incremental rate, up to the purchase price of the job in question.
The following situations are not covered by our warranty
Artwork errors: This guarantee does not apply to any errors in which the digital proof was “OK to Print,” and approved by customer, including but not limited to: misspellings, grammatical errors, inferior quality or low-resolution images.
Time sensitive products that arrive after the event date: Once your product leaves our facilities, we are not in control of delivery. Please be advised that UPS (our shipping carrier) runs Monday-Friday for deliveries. They not do deliver on Saturdays, unless specifically requested to. If your project has a short deadline, please select “Rush” production and “Air” shipping. It is highly-recommended that you allow the products to arrive at least one day before the event date. (Turn Around and Transit Times.)
Color variation: Although our printers are color-calibrated for the best-possible digital color, we cannot guarantee a color match. All media accept ink coverage differently. We try our best to reasonably resemble your color proof that we sent to you. If your job is color-critical, we highly-recommend providing a valid CMYK color code, or paying for a color match fee. Please call our sales representative for color match pricing prior to placing order.
Customer application/installation errors...and/or...theft/vandalism: Installation and application issues can and do occur and Quick Signs can not technically be held responsible because we fulfilled our commitment by producing and delivering the requested sign product.
- Magnetic Signs: We utilize some of the strongest magnetic material on the market to produce our high-quality magnetic signs. If applied properly and maintained correctly there is no risk of a magnetic sign flying-off. However, when magnetic signs are ordered at the wrong size and cover handles, door jams, logos, molding or reverse molding; or are applied to an incompatible non-metal surface (aluminum or vehicles with body work using bondo); or when not cleaned and cared for properly can fly-off. Please read the Magnetic Sign Installation/Care Guide for instruction on how to take care and apply your magnetic sign product.
- Adhesive Vinyl: Cut vinyl decals, lettering, sticker and label installation is completely dependent on the person installing the product and the surface that the product is applied too. If we do not install the product, we don't warranty any installation because there are problems that can occur during installation that are beyond our control. Please review our step-by-step "How to Apply" video before installation your newly purchased adhesive vinyl product(s).
- Banner Signs: Banner signs are also not warrantied against installation because we can't control how the customer will hang the banner. There are many proper ways to hang a banner that will ensure that the banner will not rip, tear or slouch. Please see our quick guide to Proper Banner Installation techniques to secure the longevity of your banner and avoid additional costs to replace improperly hung banners.
Also we cannot be held responsible for products that are stolen, vandalized or lost after delivery. Damage due to unforeseen or uncontrollable severe weather circumstances, including but not limited to extreme cold/heat, rain, excessive wind, sleet, ice, hail, and snow are also not covered. But in any case, please contact your sales representative to see if you may be able to qualify for a 10 percent reduction of cost on product re-orders that incurred installation/application errors, theft or vandalism.
