How to order a sign, decal, or banner
How do I place an online order?
1. Choose your Product and Get Pricing.
- To navigate to the appropriate product page you'll need to choose your product category on the homepage.
- Select your specific product from the category choices.
- Fill out the information in the calculator area (size, quantity, materials, etc.)
- A price will be automatically displayed.
- Please note the shipping calculator is below the product pricing calculator. Simply type in your Zip Code and the calculator will provide UPS shipping rates for delivery schedule times.
2. Order and Upload your Artwork Online.
- Once you have pricing click "Order Now".
- Choose your Upload option...Upload files from your computer; Upload files later; or if you don't have files, select "I don't have artwork" and then click "Continue." When uploading artwork, browse to your desired print-ready file and upload. You may also upload your artwork at a later time. If you have no artwork, click continue and place your order. You will be contacted by a Sales Representative to discuss your sign.
- Next, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart Page to review your order. You can either "Continue Shopping" and add other signs or "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.
- To complete checkout you will need to create an online account. Creating an account makes it easy to re-order, check order status, and history, and store your information for future orders. Existing customers can log in to complete their orders. New customers will need to click on "Registration" underneath "New Customer Please Register" and fill out all the information requested.
- After logging in and/or new registration your Shopping Cart will be displayed to complete your order.
- Please review your order summary once again and click "Next."
- Choose your shipping option or pick-up option, and click "Next."
- Your order with CA Tax (if applicable) and shipping charges will be displayed. Select your payment method and fill in your credit card information.
- Please review and confirm your order one final time. There is also a box available to write any special notations for us. If you have no notations, please check the box "I agree to the Terms of Service" and click "Confirm Order."
- An order confirmation page will be displayed and an email order confirmation, with a link to view your order details, will be sent to you.
- Thank You for your Order!
3. Approving your Proof
- Once you have placed your order, our design team will review your files for FREE to determine print compatibility. If there are any concerns or issues, you will be contacted to resolve the matter. If there are no issues, you will receive a visual proof showcasing your uploaded artwork for approval to move forward into print production.
- If OrangeCountySigns.com is creating a design for you, you will be allowed to make corrections to the proof provided, if need be. You can email any corrections or alterations or call us by phone at (714) 573-9313 and reference your order number for assistance.
- Whether your artwork was uploaded print-ready or had a design created for you if you are 100% satisfied with your visual proof, please respond to the email "Approved As-Is" and your order will then be placed into print production.
- Please note that when you approve a proof, most jobs go directly into print production and cannot be altered. Please be very prudent in reviewing your file(s) before sending an approval. Check all spelling, grammar, and numbers for complete accuracy, even when submitting print-ready artwork.
How do I know if I'm choosing the right product?
- From our home page simply select the product you have an interest in purchasing and you will be directed to the corresponding product information page. The product pages will describe typical uses and specifications on most all signage we carry. If you do not see what you are looking for, please call and inquire, as that specific product may not be on our website as of yet.
- If the information provided on the product pages doesn't answer or address your questions, please give us a call at (714) 573-9313 and one of our knowledgeable sales staff will assist you.
How do I obtain a price quote before ordering?
- We offer instant online pricing for most of our products. But in the instance, you have reached a page that requires you to "Request A Quote" please click on the button and you will be directed to the appropriate quotation form to fill out and email for pricing. Most all quotation requests will garner a phone call (if necessary) and pricing within 24 hours.
- You can also directly request a quote by clicking "Get A Quote" on our home page. The "Get A Quote" option can be found in the upper right-hand area of our home page, or at the bottom of the product list to the left under "QUOTE". We have specific products to request a quote for or you can also choose the "Other Product" quote for items you do not see showcased on our website.
What shipping methods do you offer?
- Ground Service: 1-5 business days delivery to mainland USA locations based on the distance to destination
- 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to all 50 states
- 2 Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states
- Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day to all 50 states

Do you ever refuse any orders?
On occasion, yes we do, as we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. We look at each order separately and independently before quotations and print production. Orders that we deem to have offensive, indecent or improper material will be refused. Any materials, which we deem illegal or garner a possible infringement on the rights of any third party, will not be printed. Per our Terms & Conditions, the Customer accepts full legal liability for the content of the material provided to be processed and printed on the Customer's behalf and under the Customer's instructions. We may also reject any order if we do not feel we are capable of meeting your signage needs. In any case, if a decision is made to not accept an order, the customer will be notified promptly.
