Our ordering process is simple and straight forward. Find the product you desire to purchase, obtain a price (via online pricing or from a simple phone call) and then submit your order request online or over the phone. And for those local to the Orange County area, our showroom is located in Tustin, you can just walk right in and place an order in person. It's just that easy and all depends on your personal preference or time frame. Lots of people utilize the internet for their sign shopping needs and place an online order; whereas other customers still like the comfort and ease of speaking to a live person while placing their order. The choice is up to you!
PLACING AN ONLINE SIGN ORDER:
For online sign orders that have an instant pricing page (decals, bumper stickers, magnetic signs, vehicle decals, window, decals, printed banners, over-sized banners, wall decals and poster paper prints) simply choose your size, amount, finishing options and click order. You will be guided through the sign ordering process with options to upload your artwork and create your own account to securely transmit your billing information on our SSL encrypted ordering site.
To begin an online sign order for any of our products that do not have instant online pricing you will need to request a "Custom Quote for Other Products". PLACING A PHONE SIGN ORDER:
Our live sales team is accessible via phone 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday and encourages all customers to phone in their sign orders to get the most accurate sign pricing and information. When you work closely with one of our sign specialists you get the unique experience of being walked through your sign order to make sure you are purchasing the proper signage for your particular sign needs and budget. Placing a phone order can also help expedite the actual completion of your sign. When you generate a sign order via phone, our sales staff is able to get all the questions out of the way that might arise from an online order (bad art files, color choices and font choices, size issues, etc.), that when handled via email can become a tennis match (especially when different time zones are considered.)
